Do you offer wholesale?

We do! Please pop over to our wholesale tab for more info on how to get enrolled, we are so pumped for you to join us!

How long is the processing time / when will my order ship out?

Oh we love this question! All orders are at the moment painted in house by our little team, orders have a processing time of 5-6 businesses days (Monday - Friday) and we aim to ship out orders on Monday and Thursdays so make sure you check your inbox for shipping updates!

What is your return policy?

We currently do not offer returns! All orders and sales are final. We try our best to ship out orders ASAP so you might be trying to cancel and it might already be on the way! We can’t refund you once the payment has been received. If you have a change of address we will do our best to accommodate but cannot promise it will be changed or the package rerouted.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Oh what?! We are so sorry to hear that! We package all of our canvasses in a sealed plastic sleeve to help prevent moisture, but we also understand things do happen. Please send us a message on either our contact page or an email to - petitepalmstitchery@gmail.com with your name, order number and some photos of what the heck happened. We will work with our mail carrier (USPS) to get you refunded or collect the refund so we can mail you another canvas / kit. Thanks for bearing with us!

Do you offer custom pieces?

Right now – Not really, we can make small adjustments to canvasses we already well. Think along the lines of - removing text off a canvas or changing the background. Other than that we try to keep all the customizing to a minimum so we aren’t pulling our hair out!

Does Petite Palm Stitchery offer finishing?

At the moment we don’t offer finishing. We are working on curating a list of finishers that we can provide as a resource to our customers – we just want to finish some of our own pieces so we can make sure we are happy with them too!

What fibers do you offer on PPS?

Right now we only offer DMC Pearle cotton floss! We are so pumped to be able to offer DMC and we are slowly working on expanding the different fibers we offer!

ALSO! While we are on the topic, almost all of our canvasses can be ordered with DMC floss – if you want to know beforehand what color DMC we kit with that particular canvas with - shoot us an email so we can give you more info to make sure when you order you are totally satisfied with your purchase!

My canvas in person vs. online looks a little different what do I do?

We take all of the product shots in house so we try and do our best to match the color of the canvas to the color of the photos online – with that being said sometimes different monitors and screens can skew color ways, we recommend having your brightness all the way up and no “nighttime modes” on so you can really get a good gander of the colors!

Do you offer any sales or discounts?

Yes, from time to time we do! We love a good sale and we love giving our customers a lil discount. Sign up to our newsletter for discounts on products and shipping! Yay!

Can I purchase Petite Palm Stitchery digital stitch guides?

No, not at this time we do not offer our canvasses as digital downloads. All of our designs are copyrighted and we will make sure that the integrity of our designs are upheld. We respect you for supporting our business and the hard work we pour into creating our art and painting our canvasses! 

 

*Please note that any canvasses we find across any and all social media platforms or in person that at "stitch copied" and violate copyright laws - will be prosecuted.
